Influenced by the sports support family business, fitness and physiotherapy have been a part of my life from a young age. Movement and sports were therefore always a natural part of my life—from hip-hop show dance to squash, snowboarding, and surfing. Today, I am particularly passionate about functional fitness and strength training. From personal experience, I know how valuable movement is for healing processes and personal well-being.
