Previously, I was out and about with an egg under my foot until injuries and a trip around the world changed my perspective. Now, I'm passionate about padel tennis and generally available for any ball sport. ⚽🎾🏓 In my personal training, I take a hybrid approach combining strength training, weightlifting, calisthenics, and HIIT. For over 10 years—initially alongside my bachelor's and master's degrees in sports science—I now work closely with my father, Herbert, to steer the course of our family business, sportssupport. Inspired by his experience but with my own unique touch, I ensure our studio isn’t just another "commercial gym." Instead, it’s a place where passion, tradition, and innovation come together to create something extraordinary for everyone.
