Patrick Lehmann

Hi, I'm Patrick, founder and head coach of Hybrid Coaching. Since 2016, I've been working with people who want to improve specific deficits in the musculoskeletal system after injuries and/or inactivity, or who want to enhance their overall fitness. I also coach amateur and professional athletes aiming to maximize their performance for upcoming competitions and build long-term athletic development. I was actively involved in handball at the youth level with the Rheinhessen selection team and first discovered strength training through rowing at a young age. In recent years, Olympic weightlifting has become my main sport with competitive ambitions. Throughout my career as a personal trainer and studio manager, I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes at both professional and amateur levels across various team and contact sports, such as American football, volleyball, soccer, and ice hockey. The training concept behind Hybrid Coaching focuses on improving fundamental motor skills and addressing deficits to further develop specific abilities. The individual goals and capacities of each client are always at the forefront.
